Impactful SEND Support Worker — School-Based

Milk Education is recruiting a SEND Support Worker for a school-based role in Weybridge. You will work with pupils aged 5‑19 who have a range of PMLD, providing 1:1 and small group support to help them feel safe, understood and included in learning.

Training is provided for personal care tasks as needed. The role requires patience, empathy and clear communication with staff, families and external professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.
