Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Social Worker Level 1 for the West Community Wellbeing Team in Lincoln South & Hykeham. The role supports newly qualified social workers through ASYE or provides experience for Level 1 candidates, within a supportive, forward-thinking team.

You will work to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing, collaborating with health professionals and partners to deliver joined-up services and enabling communities to live healthier lives.
