Overview
This is a full time hours, temporary contract, with hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote although must be flexible) and the hours are 09:00 – 17:30. Immediately available to start.
Responsibilities
Personal Assistant duties and responsibilities to include:
- Managing & co-ordinating detailed diaries, schedules and travel for Partners and team members.
- Document management.
- Process invoices and expenses.
- Handling confidential correspondence via email & telephone.
- Joining weekly team meetings and following up on further actions
Qualifications / Key skills
- Previous experience in an PA, administrative or client service role, ideally within Insurance.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external investors, both verbally and in writing.
- High level of accuracy in handling data, preparing documents, and managing communications.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems and investor relations platforms is highly desirable.
- Trusted to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
- Works well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive working environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
