Church & Community Engagement & Heritage Lead

The Diocese of Peterborough is seeking a proactive individual to lead an inclusive, community-based approach to using church buildings as places of community action, engagement, and outreach, supporting existing church groups and users to maximise mixed use.

You will build partnerships with Local Authorities, charities, and parish networks, identify funding sources, develop strategic plans, and help sustain heritage buildings while expanding their role in local communities.
