Senior Family Help Social Worker & Lead Practitioner

Tripod Executive in the United Kingdom is seeking a Social Worker to join the Family Help team as a Lead Practitioner. You will lead a complex caseload, assess needs and risks, and develop tailored Family Help Plans to secure positive, sustainable outcomes for children and families.

You will chair and contribute to Child in Need, core group and strategy meetings, undertake safeguarding work when concerns arise, and maintain accurate recording and court-ready reports to inform decision-making.
