Trauma‑Informed Housing Pathways Officer

Southwark Council is seeking a compassionate housing support worker to provide key working, risk assessments and support planning for residents in hostel accommodation. You will deliver client-centred interventions, support move-on planning and collaborate with social services and health teams to promote independence.

The role includes safeguarding, health and safety inductions, and carrying out records management, with early/late shifts in a frontline service setting. DBS Enhanced is required.
