Social Worker – Enquiry & Assessment Team (Flex Hours)

Rhonda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is recruiting a Social Worker (Grade 11) or Experienced Social Worker (Grade 12) to join the Enquiry and Assessment Team in the East Team. The role is 37 hours per week, based at Ty Elai Offices, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY, with a market supplement and robust supervision.

You will work with families to reduce risk, co‑produce care plans and manage a defined caseload, receiving support through regular supervision and mentoring.
