Impactful Social Worker: Community Care & Safeguarding

Bradford Council is seeking social workers/experienced social workers to join our West area team, offering a diverse urban and rural landscape and a chance to make a real difference in our city. You will work creatively with older people and carers, carry out assessments, case planning and reviews, safeguard adults, and operate within departmental policy and procedures.

A full UK driving licence and SW England registration are required.
