Overview
The Structural REVIT Technician position in West London is a permanent role offering £30,000–£45,000 per annum plus pension and professional fees. You will join a structural engineering consultancy, producing models and drawings for commercial offices, hotels, leisure, mixed-use, residential, and retail projects, including temporary works, refurbishment, and new builds. Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD is essential, alongside at least three years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) is required, and knowledge of Solibri or Navisworks is beneficial. An Autodesk Certified Qualification in REVIT is preferred. This full-time role involves working on varied building structures within a single West London office.
Responsibilities
- Produce models and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD for projects including commercial offices, hotels, leisure, mixed-use, residential and retail, as well as temporary works, refurbishment, and new builds.
- Collaborate with project teams and contribute to building information modeling and coordination efforts.
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Common Data Environments (CDE).
- Knowledge of Solibri or Navisworks is beneficial.
- Autodesk Certified Qualification in Revit is preferred.
- Experience with UK building structures such as offices and residential projects.
