Helpdesk Operator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised & detail‑oriented operator to support our daily operational and customer service activities. The successful candidate will manage client portals, process documentation, communicate with clients and internal departments, and ensure jobs are completed and closed accurately.
Pay Rate: £13.45 p/h
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
Please note: We do not accept applications from anyone who has been unsuccessful at interview for the same grade role in the past 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update client portals with relevant job information and documentation
- Upload certificates and ensure completed jobs are properly closed in internal systems
- Communicate with clients via email/phone to provide updates and respond to queries
- Provide timely updates on escalated issues to relevant teamsDeliver a high standard of customer service when interacting with clients
- Read and interpret engineers’ notes to accurately update systems
- Maintain strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Maintain strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Essential
- Applicants must have a 5‑year checkable history
- Successful completion of a PSNI check as per BS5979 and BS7858
- Required to pass an industry‑standard screening
