Bakery NPD & R&D Assistant

Roberts Bakery 1887 is seeking a Development Assistant to join the R&D team and contribute to the R&D & Innovation agenda for the Biscuit categories. You will work cross-functionally to deliver EPD and NPD, coordinating with suppliers, ingredients and packaging to create consumer-focused products.

The role involves maintaining test bakery areas, adhering to QMS, BRC and H&S standards, and supporting scale-up trials and data reporting.
