We are looking for friendly, customer focused people to work in our visitor centres and supporting with weddings at Normanton Church. You will be providing a high level of customer service to our many visitors, tourists and wedding guests making their day enjoyable by assisting them with knowledge of our products, promotion of our services and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Availability: flexible contract with hours that work around your commitments; you’ll be available to work during weekends which are our busiest time.
Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills, especially in a retail, wedding events or visitor attractions
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Ability to be flexible and willingness to learn
- Availability to work weekdays/weekends/bank holidays
- Shown enthusiasm about our parks and the ability to share enthusiasm with customers
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work across weekends and holidays as required
