Behaviour Support Mentor: Inspire Change for Students

Shrewsbury Academy is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor to help our students develop positive behaviours and reach their dreams. You will support learning, safety and wellbeing within a caring, experienced team.

This permanent role is 37 hours per week, term time only plus two days, Grade 7, Point 12–17 (£28,598–£31,022 pro rata). Actual salary is £24,286–£26,344. Start ASAP. Closing date 6 July 2026, with interviews to be confirmed.
