Property Portfolio Manager – Asset Management

Breckon & Breckon in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Block Manager for our Asset Management team based at Summertown head office. You will manage a portfolio of properties across Oxfordshire, focusing on budgets and residents’ needs while delivering high service levels.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours, some evening work). You will work with residents, clients, and contractors, building strong relationships and ensuring compliance and quality in all activities.
