The Payments, Cards, Travel and Expenses Team are looking for a new team member to join our dedicated team responsible for the processing of all supplier invoices, non‑staff expenses, statement reconciliations and supplier queries. Reporting to the Payments, Cards, Travel and Expenses Manager, the role will support the Payment Services team to assist with the processing of supplier invoices, liaising with relevant internal and external customers, and uphold University policy and procedures.
This varied role requires excellent communication, as well as organisational skills. You should have a flexible approach to work with the ability to react well to changing priorities.
You will have a customer‑focused approach, flexibility and relevant experience gained from working within a busy office environment. You will have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
You must be numerate and able to work on your initiative or as part of a team, as well as being reliable and willing to learn new skills and procedures as required by changing university procedures and legislation.

This is a fixed term, part‑time position (29 hours/week) available for 6 months.
