We are looking for a really special individual to join the Trust working together with the Registered Manager and wider staff team to provide the highest quality of life for those we support.

This is a fixed term contract for 10 months maternity with the possibility to extend.

Team Leader

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Team Leader to support our clients at our residential home in COLEFORD, Forest of Dean.

Team Leader responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating care activities, ensuring a safe and friendly environment, planning care schedules, and liaising with families.

Support Worker

We are looking for a supportive and dedicated Support Worker to assist our clients at our residential home in COLEFORD, Forest of Dean.

Support Worker responsibilities encompass daily assistance, facilitating activities, maintaining resident records, and providing compassionate care.

Maintenance Person

We are currently looking for a maintenance person to join the existing team at Orchard Trust.

Maintenance responsibilities include addressing repair issues, maintaining building safety, performing general upkeep, and handling plumbing, plastering, and bricklaying tasks where required.

You must be able to drive and possess a mix of general building and DIY skills. Knowledge of plastering, bricklaying, and plumbing is desirable.
