Red 5 People is recruiting a Resettlement Support Worker to join a charity delivering a cutting-edge criminal justice support programme. You will split time between HMP Bedford and Bedford Probation, meeting clients one-to-one and helping secure housing, healthcare, education and employment as they prepare for release.
You will signpost to community services, coordinate tailored plans, and work to ensure continuity of support through successful reentry.
