You will play a key role supporting the Pub and Grill Manager with recruiting, training and motivating the team to give outstanding service, ensuring the team and customers are loving it.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Pub and Grill Manager with recruiting, training and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Lead a team across Food & Beverage operations while maintaining brand standards.
  • Focus on detail while keeping customers at the heart of the business.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of F&B operations, drive results and uphold brand standards.
  • Motivate and develop your team; create a positive, memorable hospitality experience for guests.
