Youth Residential Support Worker: Flexible Shifts & Training

Prospero Teaching Newcastle Health & Social Care is looking for a Residential Support Worker to provide vital emotional support to children in residential care. You will be responsible for building trusting relationships, supporting daily routines, and promoting independence in a nurturing environment.

This role offers competitive pay between £15.50-£20 per hour, paid mileage, and fully funded training, including a £500 TMVA course. A caring attitude and level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care are preferred.
