Events Catering Assistant Manager

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Manchester is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Catering Manager in delivering catering services for conferences, exhibitions, hospitality functions and live events. This temporary role requires leadership of hospitality teams, rota planning and ensuring high service standards.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams, supervise supervisors, upsell catering offerings where appropriate, manage stock and purchases, and uphold food safety policies.
