Creative Support is hiring a Support Worker for Swanway, our independent Supported Living Service in Gateshead. The role supports individuals with learning disabilities and related needs across activities such as discos, swimming, and cinema visits.

The ideal candidate will use calm communication and person-centred engagement. No prior care experience is required; full training is provided and progression to a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care is possible.
