XP Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Refuse Loader for a busy local authority waste collection team in Kettering. The role involves joining a crew, loading household and commercial waste onto collection vehicles, and assisting the driver to complete daily rounds.

The job requires reliability, punctuality and physical fitness for outdoor work in all weather. Previous refuse or outdoor labouring experience is a bonus but not essential.
