Operations Assistant

Overview

£13.50 plus benefits. We are Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group seeking a passionate Operations Assistant to join our team. You will help ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and supporting teams where needed.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• Is a team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.
