Trauma-Informed LSA for EHCP Students

Forest School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in City of London to provide targeted, high-quality support to two EHCP pupils, helping them access the curriculum and develop literacy and numeracy while thriving socially and emotionally in the classroom. The role requires a proactive, nurturing, trauma-informed approach with a strong understanding of SEMH and inclusive practice.

You will work closely with teachers and specialists to deliver tailored support and monitor progress.
