Overview
We are a leading motoring and cycling retailer offering a range of car parts, services and accessories. This role is a customer‑facing position in which you’ll deliver high standards of service and practical fitting work. Training is provided to develop the skills you need to succeed.
Salary and Benefits
- Age 21+ £12.91 per hour
- Under 21 £11.05 per hour

Responsibilities
- Work on customers’ vehicles in the car park and on bikes in-store, delivering a wide range of fitting services (car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing).
- Help us provide market‑leading standards of service and develop practical problem‑solving skills while working quickly and efficiently.
- Support customers with a proactive approach in a retail sales environment and tailor your approach to meet their needs.
You will be delivering services in a role that combines customer service with technical fitting work. Experience in car parts fitting or cycle repair is beneficial, and training is available to develop the required capabilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
- A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
- Problem solving skills
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair
- Some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
