Impactful Energy-Efficiency Customer Liaison (Hybrid)

SettleParadigm is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to support residents in our energy retrofit programmes, focusing on EPC bands D–G. Hybrid working: 2/3 days in the office, 2/3 days from home. 12‑month fixed‑term contract with office base near Wooburn Green, High Wycombe.

You will build rapport, explain how works will be delivered, and be the trusted contact from first conversation to project completion, ensuring residents feel informed and valued.
