Entry-Level Maintenance Technician – Training & Growth

Morgan McKinley in Oxfordshire is seeking a motivated Junior Maintenance Technician for a training position. You will join the Facilities Team and rotate around sites (Oxford, Harwell, Abingdon), gaining hands-on experience across basic repairs and safety checks.

No prior experience required; full training will be provided. You will learn to carry out routine maintenance, assist with inspections, log records, and support the induction of contractors.
