Lead Highway Quality Inspector

Salford City Council is seeking a qualified Clerk of Works/Civils Inspector to lead quality assurance for Highway construction projects in Salford. You will monitor site works, ensure compliance with SHW/MCHW/DMRB and assess Contractor performance on major and minor schemes.

The role requires extensive site experience, independent working across multiple sites, excellent communication, and a solid grasp of health and safety, NEC4 ECC, and construction standards.
