Responsibilities
- As a Customer Care Assistant, be the face of the restaurant. You will deal with customers and ensure everything runs smoothly in the customer areas.
- Welcome children, hand out balloons, organise special events, look after customers’ specific needs, maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
- Work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and demonstrate a genuine smile, connecting with customers to make them feel valued.
- Maintain friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behavior and work well as part of a team. Communicate effectively through attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
