Your Role

• Pool Cottage is a relaxed, rural home in the beautiful Welsh countryside offering a welcoming and friendly setting. Residents enjoy peaceful outdoor activities, a lovely garden, movie nights, and trips to the city for shopping and bowling.
• Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities, empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
• Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
• Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and help people to communicate effectively with others.
• Shifts: Rotational, 22.5 hours per week.
