Aluminium Frame Assembler — Precision & Teamwork

Wild Recruitment in Waterlooville is looking for a Production Operative to join the manufacturing team. You will assemble aluminium frame products using hand tools in a busy production area, following clear process instructions and performing quality checks.

This hands-on role requires good attention to detail, a strong work ethic, reliability, and physical fitness for manual handling and occasional heavy lifting. Hours are Mon-Thu 7:30am–5:30pm and Fri 7:30am–4:30pm, with pay at £12.71 per hour.
