Overview
Lead a variety of shifts (opens/closes/weekends) with pre-shift briefings, delegation, and ongoing engagement to motivate the team. Coach your team through regular, honest feedback to create a place people genuinely want to work. Manage rotas, stock, labour, and KPIs (NPS, sales, gross profit) and support the General Manager when targets aren’t met. Handle escalated customer complaints with confidence and maintain allergen and food safety standards across the team. Support recruitment of new starters and help them feel set up to succeed from day one. Be a visible, welcoming host on the floor and help build your Lounges reputation as the go-to spot in the local community.
Responsibilities
- Lead shift end-to-end, from pre-shift briefs to cash management and addressing customer concerns.
- Coach and develop team through regular feedback and hands-on leadership on the floor.
- Understand rotas, stock, labour, and KPIs (NPS, sales, gross profit) and support the General Manager where improvements are needed.
- Maintain allergen controls and food safety standards across the team.
- Support recruitment of new starters and ensure they are set up for success from day one.
- Be a visible, welcoming host on the floor and contribute to building the Lounges reputation in the local community.
What You’ll Bring
