Customer Service Advisor role with Rapier Employment in Birmingham (Hams Hall, B46). Supports hospitality clients, including hotel, bar, and restaurant managers, through delivery updates, problem-solving, feedback, complaint handling, and shortages or damages.

- Liaise with established UK clients and hospitality site leads such as hotel, bar, and restaurant managers; ensure high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records using in-house systems; communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

- Employment type: full-time agency role with potential to become permanent after a successful trial.
- Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham (B46).
- Hours: Rotating day shifts (07:00-15:30, 08:00-16:30, 09:00-17:30, 10:00-18:30); Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week; 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
- Salary: £12.74 per hour, rising to £12.87 per hour after 12 weeks; weekly pay.
- Holidays: 28 days entitlement, rising to 30 days after 12 weeks.

Requirements
- Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Excel; operating various in-house systems.
