Residential Support Worker: Transform Lives & Grow

Compass Community seeks a Residential Support Worker to help children in our homes live with dignity and growth. You will support daily activities, health, wellbeing and safeguarding, while building trusting relationships with young people.

We provide Skills to Care induction, two weeks of classroom training plus a week of shadow shifts, and a clear path to Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 12 months, with ongoing career progression in Compass.
