Impactful Level 3 Residential Support Worker

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Level 3 Residential Support Worker to join a children’s home in Wolverhampton. You will provide child-centred care, support learning, independence and daily routines, and work as part of a team to promote safety and wellbeing for young people with LD and EBD.

Applicants should hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent and have safeguarding knowledge, strong communication, and a flexible approach to shift patterns including sleep-ins.
