Job Description:
Norcott House in West Yorkshire is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to deliver outstanding healthcare on a full-time basis. You will work 42 hours per week across 12-hour shifts with an alternating weekend pattern, supporting adults with learning disabilities within a specialist residential service.
The role focuses on person-centred planning, safeguarding, and helping service users grow in independence through day-to-day activities and community access. DBS check is required.
