Production Operatives – Relocation To Shetland

Be Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work with our client, a leading producer of high-quality fish in Lerwick, Shetland.

Responsibilities

• Work on a production line to prepare fresh fish.

Requirements

• Ideally have experience of working within a food processing environment.
• Be reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic.
• Thrive working within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Have a degree of physical capability due to the manual nature of the work.
• Be flexible with working hours as shifts can change dependent on business needs.

Benefits

• Competitive starting rate of £14.00 per hour, with overtime at £21.00 per hour.
• On-going agency contract with seasonal opportunities from July/August until approximately six months.
• Weekly pay via agency.
• Shifts: Dayshift 07:00–17:00 and Backshift/Nightshift 17:00–03:00 with expected overtime during peak season.
