SEMH Pastoral Support Specialist – 1:1 & Small Groups

Edwin Group is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant in Wigan to help pupils reset, regulate, and re-engage with learning at a specialist SEMH school.

You will support students 1:1 and in small groups, de-escalate challenging behaviours, and collaborate with teachers and pastoral leads to create a calm, structured environment that supports emotional regulation and successful reintegration into learning.
