Responsibilities
- Coordinate front of house and back of house operations with finesse to ensure a smooth flow of service, impeccable timing, and attention to detail.
- Lead the team to deliver top-notch service and consistently exceed expectations.
- Foster a culture of coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to develop team members and empower them to achieve theirs and the guests’ goals.
- Focus on guest satisfaction and create an environment where every guest leaves with a positive and unforgettable experience.
- Champion operational excellence as a guiding principle across the restaurant.
