Outbound Retail Sales Operations Lead

Allwyn UK is seeking a senior operations leader to design and deliver the retailer outbound voice contact strategy, aligning with Retail Sales objectives, brand priorities, and responsible play commitments. You will work closely with the Retail Sales team on segmentation and targeted contact to drive growth and retailer satisfaction.

You will lead the OST function, develop leaders, maximise technology and AI opportunities, and ensure governance with Gambling Commission regulatory requirements.
