Impactful Children’s Residential Support Worker

Empathix in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to help children with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing in a structured home environment.

You will join a supportive team, with sleep-ins and a two-on/four-off shift pattern. A Level 3 Diploma is preferred, with training provided; a pension, casual dress, and a £250 referral bonus are offered.
