Position Details
- Job Title: Hygiene Production Operative
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Hourly Rate: £13.53
- Location: Edgbaston
- Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:30
- Duration: 6 months
- Start Date: ASAP
What You’ll Do
- Independently manage your workload against a published plan.
- Ensure inventory is well‑managed, with materials always available for tasks.
- Perform scheduled activities for designated equipment and areas.
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives to enhance workflow.
- Take pride in completing tasks “right first time.”
- Conduct washing duties that service the entire building.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with cGMP environments or washroom operations is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks effectively.
- Exceptional multi‑tasking and prioritisation skills.
