Plastering-Focused Multi-Skilled Repairs Operative

Mears Group is recruiting two Multi‑Skilled Operatives in Bexley to support our responsive repairs contract. This hands‑on role covers occupied social housing properties, with plastering as a core trade and additional trades as needed.

You will undertake day‑to‑day repairs, manage tasks independently, and maintain high workmanship standards while providing courteous resident service. A company van, fuel card, and uniform are provided.
