Casual 24/7 Emergency Response Call Centre Operator

Tameside Council is seeking a Casual Emergency Control Room Operator based at Dukinfield Town Hall. The role involves joining the Community Response Service which provides a 24/7 emergency response to vulnerable residents and coordinates with multiple agencies.

You will receive induction and training, with a flexible rota between 7am and 10pm and occasional night shifts. This is a customer-facing post under the fluency duty with English requirements. Salary is Grade D. SCP 7 £14.07 per hour.
