Retail Operations & Stock Specialist

Marks & Spencer in Cambridge is seeking an Operations Customer Assistant to keep the shop floor stocked and running smoothly. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, quick movement, and teamwork across store functions.

You’ll handle stock, deliveries and adapt to paced shifts, including evenings and weekends. A £3 per hour unsocial premium applies for hours between 22:00 and 06:00.
