Warehouse Supervisor

YOUR ROLE
Are you a natural leader with a knack for logistics? Join our team in Kettering as a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities for the warehousing team. You will lead and coordinate warehouse shift teams to ensure customer requirements and operational targets are met to the highest standard. This is a Monday to Friday role, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient processing of orders, inventory management, and on-time deliveries.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to maintain high performance and a positive work environment.
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure safety standards and health regulations are followed.
- Allocate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment of orders.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges or bottlenecks to maintain productivity.
- Keep senior management informed about key performance metrics, warehouse performance, and ongoing issues.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A proven leader with warehouse supervision experience, ideally in a similar environment.
- Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Skilled in logistics operations with a focus on maximizing efficiency and accuracy.
