Empowering Reablement Support Worker

North Northamptonshire Council is seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to support frail vulnerable adults on their Reablement journeys, helping them regain independence at home.

The role involves assisting with daily living, coordinating with health services, and ensuring safe transitions from hospital. Shift pattern is 07:00–15:00 with alternating weekends; 22 hours per week with hybrid working where practicable.
