Overview

• Design, develop, implement and undertake assurance activities in relation to retail mortgage valuation process
• Monitor and analyze operational, conduct, credit and regulatory risks
• Support the development of residential mortgage valuation strategy
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to close identified gaps

Requirements

• RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Registered Valuer
• MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualification
• Experience in audit, assurance or risk function
• Experience in managing and influencing relationships with stakeholders
