Onsite Fire Services Coordinator – Scheduling & Customer Care

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator based in Manchester to organize and schedule service operations across our fire suppression customer base. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service with strong customer satisfaction, coordinating with Contracts, Small Works teams and Project Managers, and ensuring visits are fully booked for engineers and customers.

You will also handle RAMS and site-permit documentation and respond promptly to service inquiries.
