Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes Benz vehicles to manufacturer specifications. Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults. Ensure the use of correct parts, lubricants, and materials while keeping detailed service records. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workshop environment. Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly regarding vehicle conditions and required work.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance. Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Mercedes Benz or similar luxury vehicles. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid UK driving license. Willingness to engage in ongoing training, especially in emerging electric vehicle technologies.
